infrogmation: Information Wrangler: An Interview with Infrogmation

Derek Bridges of the New Orleans "b2l2" blog interviewed me over coffee recently. Here's his article, which has a good bit on my work with Wikimedia (especially in the last 2 sections of the article).

filceolaire: I edit Wikipedia. Ask me How!

I have just made a post on my LJ with this title, coming out to my friends and inviting them to come to me for all their Wiki related problems.

I would like to encourage other wikipedians to do the same.

Anyone know how to make a cool "I edit Wikipedia. Ask me how!" userpic?

lots42: Following - fallowing

There seems to be a few hundred examples of 'following' mis-typed as 'fallowing'.

I know, fallowing is also a farming technique but 'fallowing' and 'the' brought up a fair batch of following typos. Seems to be tons more. Maybe a bot can fix this?

stagemanager: Change in 'Watching' procedure?

A long, long time ago when you clicked on watch/unwatch it would take you to a new page, where you wold have to click a link to return to the original page. Then that was changed to the on-page sliding-down notice.

Today, I watched a page and it went to the old method. Did I break it?
